“This property stands out for its prime location in the Old Quarter, a true asset for exploring Hanoi's cultural heart; however, a recent guest experience highlights that some rooms require immediate maintenance due to reported storm damage, though the staff's helpfulness was noted. While the location and spa access remain strong points, prospective guests should inquire about room conditions before booking.”
